Applicability

This policy applies when you pay for a financial planning consultation or related planning deliverable arranged through Creek Freelance Finance. General website browsing remains free.

Cancellation by you

• More than 48 hours before a scheduled session: full refund of any prepaid fee, or one free reschedule within thirty days.
• Within 48 hours: up to fifty percent of the prepaid fee may be retained to cover reserved time; the remainder refunded or credited.
• No-show without notice: prepaid amounts may be forfeited.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra charge.

After work has started

If you have received a written deliverable or more than half of the agreed session time has been used, fees become non-refundable except where required by consumer protection law.

Deposits

Deposits holding a calendar slot are refundable under the windows above. Deposits applied to completed work are non-refundable.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen business days unless banking rules require longer.

Non-refundable items

Third-party costs we pay on your behalf (venue, translation, or software licenses explicitly agreed in writing) are reimbursed only if unused.
